Looking cute as she made her way around town, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted visiting a friend’s house in Los Angeles on Thursday (April 30).

Wearing a stylish floral mini with a black top, the Disney darling then made her way over to the Film Colony Studios to put in some work.

Meanwhile it was announced yesterday by E! news that Miss Hudgens has herself a co-star for her upcoming movie “Beastly”.

The report tells that 19-year-old British actor Alex Pettyfer has been cast to star opposite Hudgens in the film, which is “a modern retelling of Beauty and the Beast, for CBS Films.”

Taking care of her medical well-being following a late night out for the premiere of “The Boat That Rocked,” Geri Halliwell was spotted out at a medical center in London on Tuesday (March 24).

Following the doctor’s visit, the former Spice Girl headed off to the pharmacy to pick-up a prescription before continuing along on her way.

In related news, it sounds as if her latest breakup with Italian mogul Fabrizio Politi has led Geri to swear off men for the next twelve months.

Of the decision, an insider told British magazine Heat, “Even though she initiated it, Geri is gutted over her break-up with Fabrizio. She feels like a failure in the romance department, so she says she’s going to take a year off from dating. She’s going to do some serious self-examination and figure out the root of her commitment issues. She is prepared to go a full year without a man in her life.”

Coming up next month, Miley Cyrus’ new flick “Hannah Montana: The Movie” will make its way into theaters.  And in a recent interview, the 16-year-old explained that the film isn’t her swan song with the Disney character.

Miley told press, “This movie was never meant to be the end of Hannah Montana.  The thing is, a lot of people put where the show’s future lays in my hands — and it’s not up to me. It’s up to Disney and whether they want more episodes, and we hope that they do.”

But facing reality, Miss Cyrus has come to terms with the fact that her “Hannah” days may be coming to a close.  “It’s just an honor for people to be able to relate to me and my music — and not so much the character anymore.  I can’t be Hannah Montana forever. I have to have something after this. I can’t do this when I’m 30.”

And not filming the show has given Miley a chance to reconnect with her personal life.  “It’s, like, the first time I’ve seen all my friends in seven months.  It’s hard, man. With all the stuff that goes on with this business, I only want to do something if I absolutely love it.”

The Disney darling greeted fans before playfully posing with water creatures including the sea lions and dolphins with the help of Atlantis staffers prior to her concert later in the evening.

Meanwhile, Demi recently chatted with press about the sequel to “Camp Rock,” which is to begin production as early as late spring 2009.

“I haven’t seen the script yet,” Demi revealed. “I know just as much as you do, and I don’t even know when I’m filming it other than this fall.”

Telling her hopes for the movie, which also stars the Jonas Brothers, Miss Lovato told, “I’d like her to stay the same, maybe a little more true to herself. I guess funnier.”
