Stephanie Pratt: Sentenced to Probation
In lieu of her October DUI arrest, Stephanie Pratt received her punishment from Los Angeles prosecuters earlier today (January 7).
The reality TV star was sentenced to three years informal probation, completion of a 12-week alcohol education program, as well as three Alchoholics Anonymous meetings a week for eight weeks, and will have to pay a fine.
However, DUI charges were dropped in exchange for a no contest plea to one count of misdemeanor “exhibition of speed.”
Ms Pratt was pulled over on October 18 after attending Holly Montag’s birthday party. Of the incident, Stephanie says it “was the worst thing to happen to me and, at the same time, it was the biggest blessing.”
